Salad «Herring under the snow»



Herring fillet — 300 g

Eggs — 5 pcs.

Lemon — 0.5 pcs.

Onion — 1 pc.

Hard cheese — 100 g

Apple — 2 pcs.

Mayonnaise — 200 ml

Culinary ring with a diameter of 20 cm

Take all the necessary products for preparing the salad «Herring under the snow».

Take herring fillets, this will simplify the cooking process and there are few bones in it.

Choose sour apples.

Take any hard cheese, but tasty.

Boil chicken eggs in boiling water for 13 minutes. To make it easier to remove the shell, add a little baking soda to the water.

Peel the onion head, cut into small cubes and marinate in lemon juice for 10-15 minutes.

Lay out the grated cheese with the last layer and make a mesh of mayonnaise. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Remove the ring carefully. Salad «Herring under the snow» is ready.
