Chicken broth (or water) — 1.3 l
Canned beans — 350 g
Doctor’s sausage — 150 g
Potatoes — 2-3 pcs.
Carrot — 1 pc.
Onion — 1 pc.
Sunflower oil — 30 ml
Salt — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Gather the ingredients to make Bean and Sausage Soup.
Canned beans are suitable in tomato or natural.
Peel potatoes, wash and cut. Put in a saucepan with broth and start cooking soup.
Peel, wash and chop the carrots and onions as you like. Put in a pan.
Pour in sunflower oil and saute vegetables for 7-8 minutes over medium heat.
Then put in a saucepan with broth and potatoes.
Boil the soup until the vegetables are ready. Then add canned beans, salt and pepper.
Cut the sausage as desired.
Add to soup pot.
Simmer the soup for another 10 minutes and turn off the stove.
