Fresh mackerel — 1 pc.
Cream 10% — 200 ml
Water — 100 ml
Wheat flour — 2 tbsp. (without slide)
Butter — 15 g
Dry dill — 1 tsp
Garlic — 1 clove
Oregano — 0.5 tsp
Take the necessary ingredients for cooking mackerel in a creamy sauce in a pan.
Cut off the fins of the fish. Cut off the head and tail, take out the insides and the spine with all the bones.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the flour and mix quickly.
Pour the cream in a thin stream, stirring constantly so that all the flour lumps are gone.
Add grated garlic, herbs, salt and a little pepper.
Stir, bring the sauce to medium density with water.
Put the fish in the sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat.
After a few minutes, turn the fish over and cook for another 12-15 minutes.
The sauce should not boil.
Mackerel in creamy sauce is ready.
