Blackcurrant frozen — 200 g
Flour — 2 cups
Creamy margarine — 170 g
Sugar — 70 g
Baking powder — 0.5 tsp
Salt — 1 pinch
Ingredients for making a bulk blackcurrant pie are in front of you.
I have frozen berries. It does not need to be specially thawed.
Butter can be used instead of margarine.
Sift flour with baking powder into a deep bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Grate the margarine into a bowl.
Quickly grind the food with your hands until crumbs are obtained. The dough is ready.
Pour most of the dough into the mold.
Scatter the blackcurrant. Sprinkle the berries with sugar (to taste).
Pour in the remaining dough. Put thin pieces of margarine on the dough.
Bake the blackcurrant cake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Baking will take approximately 50-60 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the oven.
Cool the cake completely in the pan.
The cooled cake is well cut into pieces.
Happy tea!
